I had a pretty large repair job come up on my truck after just doing some other work on it a month earlier, elsewhere.   After we got things rolling I was able to  talk to their mechanic about the work being done, and he really set my mind at ease regarding the repairs. Anyways, once they got it in, they actually diagnosed another issue that needed to be addressed as well.  Super frustrating.  Well, as we talked and they learned some details on repair history, they were willing to work with me on some things, but had absolutely no obligation to do so.  So in the end their exceptional customer service has been a huge silver lining to a really crappy couple of months for me. I just had  a bunch of maintenance and repairs done to my Subaru for a long trip I was taking. It was an expensive bill. But with the cost of new cars I've decided I'd rather keep what I have and keep it in top shape. Little Wolf got the repairs done quickly and correctly. During the trip a squeak developed so I called LW when I got back. They did an inspection and found a defective bushing in one of the new parts.  They quickly replaced it the same day. No fuss. This is my go to place for repair services. The staff are friendly and explain what needs to be done immediately to maintain safety and what can wait so you can plan accordingly.  I was able to get my car in on a Tuesday and was given a loaner to use.  My car repairs were completed by Wednesday and it runs better than ever.
