Key Responsibilites
- Utilize your technical skills to diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and brake systems.
- Keep vehicles running smoothly by performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Stay on top of vehicle wear and tear by inspecting them for damage and making recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
- Keep accurate service records using computer-based systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed about their vehicle’s status and any additional repairs needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
