Key Responsibilites

As the Express Lube Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to

  • Supervise and train a team of express lube technicians.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to keep the service center running smoothly.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the express lube center.
  • Analyze sales and service data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an express lube or automotive service management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
