Automotive Store Manager
As the Automotive Store Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and manage the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will be responsible for supervising and training employees, managing inventory, and achieving sales and profitability goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing expenses, creating a positive customer experience, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilites
- Lead and train a team of dedicated employees to ensure they provide the highest level of customer service.
- Implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals and manage expenses effectively.
- Oversee inventory and order automotive parts and supplies to keep the store well-stocked.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition, to provide smooth and efficient service to customers.
- Continuously monitor and maintain customer service levels, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and prepare and manage the store’s budget.
- Analyze sales and service data to identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive retail management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work within the budget.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
